When do the products expire?

If the expiration date is not printed on the product itself, the expected shelf life of a cosmetic product is 12 to 36 months depending on storage and if opened/used. We recommend replacing the product after it has been open for one year.

What skin concerns do your products address?

Obagi products address a variety of skin concerns, including hyperpigmentation, acne, dry skin, eye area, look of fine lines and wrinkles, prevention and protection, skin recovery, skin texture, signs of aging, and sensitive skin. We recommend you visit an Obagi-affiliated dermatologist nearest you to get a customized treatment plan.

Do you give out samples?

Several of our products are exclusively accessible via prescription and are distributed through Obagi-affiliated dermatologists and HOO Dermatology in the Philippines. We do not offer samples. However, there are alternative avenues available to you. Firstly, you can utilize our physician locator to identify a skincare physician in your vicinity who offers Obagi products. This will allow you to explore your choices with them.

What are your modes of payment?

We accept bank deposit, Philippine-issued credit cards, GCash, BPI, Unionbank, and GrabPay.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Not as of the moment.

Do you ship worldwide?

We only ship within the Philippines.

How much is your shipping fee?

We ship FREE on orders P10,000 and above. Otherwise, we charge a fixed shipping fee of P200 on orders P10,000 and below.

Can I use a discount code with ongoing promos?

No. Promos cannot be combined with each other. In the unlikely event that a double discount is applied, the customer will be asked to choose his/her preferred discount.

How long is the processing time?

Standard processing time is  3 to 5 days. However, we are often able to process and ship out sooner. 

How do I know if my order is on the way?

You will receive an email with the courier details and tracking number.

What happens if my order gets delayed / lost?

The courier in charge of your order and tracking number has been sent to your email. You may get in touch with the courier directly. Make sure to have your tracking number on hand. If you still haven’t located your order, please email us at online@obagiphilippines.com and we will be more than glad to help you locate it. Delays in deliveries due to other factors outside our control may arise. Obagi Philippines will not be held responsible for any delays or other unforseen incidences that may occur.
